The Organization provided meals for Long Term Rental assistance HOPWA participants throughout Miami Dade County from September 25, 2005, through September 30, 2008. The program was terminated due to funding availability. Through this program, Sunshine for All, Inc. provided meals to approximately 65 HOPWA clients in an effort to assist those who were home bound and/or unable to prepare their own meals.
The meals provided were essential due to the frailty of the health status of these individuals and the secondary chronic conditions they face.
